Please allow 7-10 business days for Australia and New Zealand shipping, although this timeframe is an estimate only. If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a significant delay in making the delivery (e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as possible, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any). We will not otherwise be liable to you for the damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time.

We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 10 days of the item being dispatched from our distribution centre (excluding original freight charge).
Please return the item in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with product tags and any other security devices still attached. Bedtonic reserves the right to decline to issue a refund if the item is not returned to them in the original condition. This policy applies to all purchases made online from Bed Tonic. To return an item please return to 10 Robinson Terrace, Daglish, WA 6008.
Please note that bedtonic are not responsible for any returned item that is misplaced before it reaches our distribution centre. We at bedtonic will not be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item.
All return items sent back to our distribution centre will be refunded in the form of a credit being applied to the same credit card that the purchase was initially made with.
