An order made via this site (“order”) is an offer to purchase one or more products. When we receive a valid order from you, we will accept this offer by confirming via email, on the next working day, that we have received and are processing the order.
New Zealand, USA, Europe and the rest of the world, flat rates apply.
Our courier of choice is Australia Post eparcel.
Our packaging is by EcoEnclose - made from 100% recycled material.
Prices shown above are for AUS and are inclusive of GST.
Please note - Bedtonic will not be liable for any duties, taxes or import fees imposed on international orders at the country of destination. You are also liable for the cost of returning an item. We do not offer free returns.
Customers will be liable for all duties, tax and levies charged by the country you have shipped to. Please contact your local customs officer if you need to clarify charges or need more information.
If your product is faulty or you have received the incorrect item, you will be sent a return pre-paid label or a pre-paid bag with the correct item.
Please allow 5-7 business days for Australia and New Zealand, although this timeframe is an estimate only.
If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a significant delay in making the delivery (e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as possible, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any). We will not otherwise be liable to you for the damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time.
