Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

RETURNS POLICY

Hello!

Here at Bedtonic we understand it can be tricky buying online, especially as first time customer.

We offer a refund, exchange or store credit on full priced, unworn items within 7 days of receiving your order.

We recommend checking your size against our size charts (links) on each product page to ensure you are choosing the correct fit. Bedtonic tends to make on the bigger side compared to many brands.

 

Return Timeframe

We will exchange or credit any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 7 days of your order being received. We do not refund for change of mind or fit preferences. We would love to help with any sizing requests before purchase, please contact support@bedtonic.com with any questions you may have. 

What Items Are Nonreturnable?

  • Discounted, Clearance /SALE items. Contact us if you feel your item may be faulty.
  • Socks, due to hygiene reasons.

Are There Any Charges For Returns?

  • Exchange/Return shipping costs and taxes are to be paid by the customer. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Original tax and duties are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping & duties payable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges: Please make sure you include a prepaid & addressed post pack so that your replacement item can be sent straight back to you.

 

How To Return An Item

To return or exchange a garment purchased through our website or in-store at Subiaco, please email Ana at support@bedtonic.com with your order number and name used for ordering. This email is monitored on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9am-4pm excluding public holidays, so please be patient. This step is necessary in order to obtain confirmation that your garments are eligible for return and to receive further instructions for your return.

If you wish to exchange your garment for another size we can confirm availability and reserve the replacement garment for you in our stock system to avoid disappointment.

 

Posting Your Garment Back To Bedtonic

  • Download and complete our quick Request a Return Form here. 
  • Please write clearly and include a mobile number.
  • Include the form with your returned product.
  • Please return the item in its original condition, unworn, in its original packaging, with product tags attached. 
  • Bedtonic reserves the right to decline issuing a store credit or replacement if the item is not returned to us in original condition.
  • This policy applies to all purchases made online and in-store from Bedtonic.
  • Bedtonic are not responsible for any returned item that is misplaced before it reaches our packing room/store. We at Bedtonic will not be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item.

Arrival Of Your Parcel At Our Packing Room.

For ease of mind we will email or text you once your parcel is received at our packing room.

Your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Your store credit will be applied to the same credit card or payment method you used that the purchase was initially made with. Your refund may take up to 7 days to appear in your account. This includes Afterpay.

 

Sale/Discontinued/Clearance

PLEASE NOTE: These are discontinued sizes, styles and colourways, so please choose carefully. There are no returns on these items.
No discount codes are to be used on sale items.
All sales are final.
Faulty Garments Policy

At Bedtonic we take great pride in our reputation for quality. If you happen to receive a faulty or damaged item from an online purchase, please contact us immediately via email. We will need images and a description of the fault emailed to support@bedtonic.com

Our customer service team will assess the supplied documentation and get back to you with the next step. Please keep the item in original unworn condition with swing tags attached. Please note faulty items cannot be returned past 14 days of receiving your order. Any faults must be communicated with us as soon as your order has been unwrapped.
