We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns on full priced items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original sellable condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 
• Items purchased from our Archive Sale, Final Sale, or Clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty. Please choose carefully when purchasing from these categories.
• Socks, and accessories are not eligible for returns for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.
• We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check and try on any ordered product as soon as it is received to ensure satisfaction with the item(s) purchased.

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@bedtonic.com with this RETURN FORM within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and the items you would like to return.
2. Return Authorisation: Once we confirm your return eligibility, we will send you a return authorisation email and instructions for returning the item(s).
3. Packaging Your Return: Carefully package the items you are returning. Make sure the original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and the garments are carefully folded in the same way they were sent to you. 
4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
5. Processing Your Return: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it. Items must be suitable for re-sale. If it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Bedtonic reserves the right to deny refunds for returns that do not meet our return policy and eligibility criteria.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to check if the size is available.
• Exchanges for different items are not possible. To make the process as smooth as possible, we currently only offer exchanges for a different size of the same item. If you would like to try a different product, we recommend opting for store credit or a refund, so you can easily place a new order for the item you want.
• Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs and either offer a full refund or send you a replacement.
• General Wear and Tear: bedtonic will not refund or exchange products that have been damaged due to general wear and tear.
  
  

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Socks
• Accessories (such as hats, scarves, or jewelry)

Items purchased from our Archive Sale, Final Sale, or Clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty. Please choose carefully when purchasing from these categories.

We may update this Returns Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will apply to all purchases made after the date of the update.
