Refund policy
At bedtonic, we understand that buying online can be tricky, especially for first-time customers.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple, hassle-free returns process for full-priced items.
Returns Eligibility
- We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in saleable condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Items from Archive Sale, Final Sale, or Clearance are not eligible for return unless faulty. However, exchanges are considered subject to stock availability.
- For hygiene reasons, socks and accessories (e.g. hats, scarves,) are non-returnable, unless faulty.
- Bedtonic reserves the right to decline returns that don’t meet these criteria.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us
Email support@bedtonic.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number,
items for return, reason, and whether you wish an exchange, store credit or refund.
2. Wait for Approval
We will confirm return eligibility and send instructions via email.
3. Package Your Return
Ensure garments are folded neatly with original tags and packaging intact. Please
include a note with your order number, items for return, reason, and whether you wish an exchange, store credit or refund so we can easily locate and process your return.
4. Ship Your Return

- Return shipping is at the customer's expense (unless faulty).
- We recommend using a trackable service with signature.
- When arranging the return, please also include the following phone number:
0482 389 325 — this allows the courier to notify us if no one is in the packing
room at the time of delivery. - Bedtonic is not responsible for any lost returns that do not reach our packing
room.
Refunds
- We will process your refund once we have received and checked your item. Please note, depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 7-10 days to appear in your account.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges, subject to stock availability.
- To exchange, email us with your preferred size, colour and style, and then follow the returns process above.
- If there’s a price difference, you will be refunded or charged the difference via a secure payment link.
- Exchanges are only shipped once any outstanding balance is paid in full.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a refund or replacement.
General Wear and Tear
Items damaged through regular wear and tear are not eligible for return, refund or replacement.
