When you place an order on our site, it constitutes an offer to purchase our products. Once we receive your order, we will send you an email confirmation on the next working day. This confirmation serves as our acceptance of your order and indicates that we have begun processing it.
Shipping Rates & Destinations
We ship to customers worldwide and offer flat-rate shipping options. We are pleased to offer the following free shipping thresholds:

Australia: Free standard shipping on orders over $200.00.

International (New Zealand, USA, Europe, & Rest of World): Free shipping on orders over $200.00.
Please note: All prices shown on our website are in AUD and are inclusive of GST.
Delivery Times & Carriers
We trust Australia Post as our primary courier to deliver your bedtonic pieces.

Estimated Delivery: For orders within Australia and New Zealand, please allow 7–10 business days for delivery.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates. While we strive to meet these windows, external factors may occasionally cause delays.
International Orders & Customs
For shipments outside of Australia, please be aware that bedtonic is not liable for any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Delayed Orders & Availability
We strive to keep our stock levels accurate. However, if we are unable to supply a product or if there is a significant delay in delivery (such as out-of-stock items or delays during peak holiday periods), we will notify you as soon as possible.
In these instances, you are entitled to cancel your order (or any part of it) and receive a full refund, including applicable delivery charges, for the items that cannot be delivered.

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, bedtonic will not be liable for any damages, costs, or expenses of any kind suffered or incurred by you due to an order not being fulfilled or products not being delivered within the anticipated timeframe.
