Washing instruction for your new wool blanket:
Step 1: Clear your wash basin and fill it with warm water.
Step 2: Add gentle washable for wool preferably a wool shampoo. If you don’t have a wool shampoo, it is also okay to use normal shampoo.
Step 4: Gently hand wash the blanket. Let the garment soak for 5 minutes. Do not pull or rub the garment. Let the garment twirl in the shampoo.
Step 5: Drain the water from the wash basin and fill with clean water and remove the soap. Gently wring your wool blanket. Repeat the process as many times as needed to remove the soapsuds.
Step 6: Make a loose ball of the blanket and gently push it against the sink wall and rinse as much water as possible.
Step 7: Take a white towel and lay the blanket on top of the white towel. Roll the towel and garment together pressing down gently while the excess water is soaked by the towel.
Step 8: Let the blanket dry on a flat surface. Do not hang the blanket.

Remember to mend your blanket when it forms a hole or frays, just like the olden days.
