“Soon after I launched the bedding collection I designed the Poet's Tunic. As my first foray into ‘fashion’ the more obvious choice might have been to design pyjamas or a linen robe but I wanted to create a lifestyle piece - a staple - that could be worn from bed to your favourite reading chair to brunch with friends or favourite bar. This was in 2016 and since then the Poet's Tunic has developed somewhat of a cult following.”
Effortlessly chic this foundational piece boasts a deliberately boxy, yet flattering, fit; a pair of front front cuffed pockets and hits mid thigh. Constructed with longevity in mind, industrial details such as the flat felled seams and subtle top stitching make this wardrobe must have the blueprint - not the trend.
Julie’s Favourite Feature: “The industrial strength seam finishes of our Poet’s give them a long shelf life which is what we strive for in our collection. Buy less, choose well."
• Fit: Oversized - an intentionally loose fit with a some room to spare
